I have not received my purchase confirmation
Your purchase confirmation will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or other folders, as it may have arrived there. If it's not there, simply let us know your full name and phone number through any of our customer service channels so we can verify it together.
Why does the confirmation end up in the Spam, Junk, or Other folder?
Your email security filters out the emails you communicate with most frequently, and completely new ones tend to go to your reference inbox. So, you can add us as a contact or simply check that our replies arrive in your primary inbox.
How do I know if my size is correct?
Because our sizes are international, they sometimes differ from those we're used to in Spain. Therefore, please use our size guide at the bottom of each page. It's very important to keep in mind that if you purchase the product incorrectly, you will not be eligible for a refund and will have to purchase the product again.

I've already received my order number, what do I do now?
Once you receive your order number, just wait for our email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order. Please note that the tracking number is generated automatically, and when you receive it, the postal system may not yet be updated. Therefore, please check again within the next 5 business days.
I received my tracking number, but there's no information on it, or it's listed as missing or lost.
As indicated in point 3, your tracking number was automatically generated, so it may not be updated on the official platform. We're sharing some useful search platforms to help you track progress. We recommend starting tracking within the next business days.
Where do you ship my orders?
We ship via Correos. If you'd like to track your order number, you can do so at https://www.correos.es/es/es/herramientas/localizador/envios (only for Spain). Your first search may display information such as "pending deposit," "pre-registered," or others. Don't worry, this is the same information that appears by default when created. You'll be able to find out more about the delivery and/or estimated delivery date in the following business days.
Why haven't I received my order?
If we've confirmed your order number and tracking number, it means your order is in progress and we're meeting established delivery times. If you have any questions, you can read our shipping and other information section at https://www.correos.es/es/es/herramientas/localizador/envios (only for Spain).
